 Now it is no secret that building a custom home is going to come with more costs than just buying one.  According to the National Association of Home Builders, in 2022 the average cost to build a home was $644,750. Yikes! That is a big number, but don’t let that scare you, the cost of your home can very. Price will depend on location, the size of your home, and the materials and fixtures needed.
